This is how I had to walk into the airport...

Liam strapped into the baby sling (18lbs),

backpack (12 lbs),

luggage in one hand (50lbs)

and car seat(5lbs) in the other...

needless to say by the time I got to the check in I was sweating bullets! =)

On the plane ride home Liam earned his wings from the Captain!
The flight attendants were going crazy over him... holding him and playing Peek-a-boo....

This is kind of a dumb video lol ... I just put it up because its funny to see how bored I got yesterday waiting for James to get home. I started making small videos of me and Liam doing things around the house... this is not a very exciting video clip but believe me, it was the best out of all 5 that we took! haha!

Our home away from home

Now that we see what long days daddy works and what he comes home to every day, we have a new appreciation for his hard work! The house isn't much... but after we stayed and cleaned up a bit we made it feel a little more like home. We are definitely thankful that we have a home back in the U.P. =) Here is a little clip of the house... it isn't too bad, the worse part is the bathroom and the best part is the wallpaper! ... ENJOY! haha

Hello from Missouri!

Hey everyone!... sorry I haven't put these up sooner! Liam was really good on the trip down here! Actually I couldn't have asked for a better baby! He fell asleep on the first plane. On the second one he was wide awake and charmed everyone on the plane! He helped us make lots of friends, which got us lots of help with our luggage! haha!....
Everything has been going really great down here! Liam loves his daddy and laughs so hard when he plays with him. It makes me so happy to see Liam smile and reach out for his daddy! In the Evening when Grandpa Wally gets home Liam plays on the floor with him until bed time. Uncle Brandon has been spoiling Liam as usual, He even bought him a new Thomas The Train DVD.
When the guys are at work me and Liam count down the minutes till dad gets home. A few blocks down, there is a really nice playground and I have been taking Liam there in the afternoon. Sometimes we walk to the store for something else to do and other than that we just hang out at the house. We miss everyone back home, but we are in no hurry to leave. Even if there isn't much to do here we are going to miss being here with James VERY much.
